If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or missing items, a return or replacement will be eligible only with a proper unboxing video proof. The video must be clear, continuous, and unedited, starting from the sealed package and showing the issue clearly.

The original box, blister card, and all packaging materials are mandatory for any return or replacement request. Returns will not be accepted if the box or packaging is missing, damaged, or discarded. This policy helps us maintain authenticity, prevent misuse, and protect genuine collectors.
